1)What will be taught? I will be working with students on beginning reading and writing skills in a small group setting.

2) What topics will I cover? Students will do some guided reading with an an online book (book may be read to them), learn or practice letters and letter sounds (interactive videos maybe used to learn letters and sounds), answer some comprehension questions,and overall be engaged all while learning to read. Students will learn beginning strategies on how to read along with activities to help with beginning writing skills.

3) Any required knowledge that the student needs to know? There's no prior knowledge that the student needs to know. All beginning learners are welcome!

A little about me... I am a prior K-4 classroom teacher, reading specialist, and ESOL Teacher so I have experience teaching students to read. We will have fun while learning beginning reading skills.
